prevention measures to reduce the spread of cancer.

Cancer is a  very deadly that is caused by the way we  live, some time it's caused by poverty,also by excessive smoking of second hand smoke radiations which have serious effects on body parts like the lungs ,liver and the kidney.

Although cancer is very dangerous it remains the duty of human beings to ensure that they cannot control it by doing the following.

1.They should stop smoking excessively because the smoke they inhale afffects the lungs.

2.They should avoid second hand smoke radiations because it leads to lung cancer among the adults.

3.They should be more active by doing exercise on free time to make their bodies healthy and strong.

4.They should limit the amount of alcohol intake in their bodies since alot of alcohol affects the kidney.

5.They should protect their skin because too much sunlight and sunlamps gives off ultra Violet rays that causes skin damage and can lead to cancer.

6.They should get vaccinated and screened against cancer.

Apart from that there are many ways of treating cancer when someone is infected.one of the ways is by doing Biomarker testing where it is a way of looking for genes, proteins and other  substances that can provide information about the cancer. Also, chemotherapy treatment can be done on cancer patients that uses drugs to kill cancer cells.  The last way of of treating cancer is through surgery where surgeons removes cancer from  the patients body by performing surgery on the affected cell or organs.
